The Philippine Space Agency (PhillSA) welcomes interested organizations and companies with space-related activities to take part as Exhibitors in this year’s Philippine Space Week celebration. This activity aims to highlight the country’s current space capabilities, as well as opportunities in space for students, researchers, and other professionals. As a learning space for the participants, this will cultivate their interest in seeking out space-related opportunities in the future. 

Duration/Exhibit Proper: 9-11 August 2024 (3 days)
Venue: Quantum Skyview, Upper Ground B, Gateway Mall 2, Araneta City, Quezon City
Slot limitation: One slot per organization; at most two (2) personnel manning the exhibit booth

By applying to the Philippine Space Week Exhibit, the Exhibitor organization agrees to the following terms of agreements: 

  1. APPLICATION. Applications to exhibit are subject to availability of space and approval by the event organizers. 
  2. SPACE/BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on space/booth assignments. 
  3. PRODUCT DISPLAY. Products displayed in the booth are all labeled in the name of the exhibitor. Exhibitors are strictly prohibited to share their booths/spaces with their sub-contractors and to accommodate/display the products of sub-contractors in their booth. 
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The Exhibitor shall grant the Philippine Space Agency the right to use the Exhibitor’s trade names, logo and any other company marketing tools solely in connection with the Philippine Space Week Exhibit. The organizer agrees to use such materials in compliance with the Exhibitor’s trademark usage guidelines if applicable. 
  5. THIRD PARTY CLAIMS. The Exhibitor shall not hold the Philippine Space Agency from any third-party claim/liability arising from his/her participation in the exhibit proper, the products exhibited, or acts/deeds committed by the exhibitor or his/her employees. 
  6. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES/EVENT. In case of any unforeseen event or circumstances that may occur in the course of participation or exhibition in the Philippine Space Week Exhibit, the Exhibitor shall be solely responsible any loss or damage resulting from the said  unforeseen occurrences/events, and PhilSA shall not be held liable thereto.

EXHIBITORS GUIDE 

INGRESS AND EGRESS GUIDELINES 

  1. Ingress and Egress Periods: Other than the Organizer, and its official and accredited service contractors, only official exhibitors shall be allowed entry to the exhibition site. Appropriate identification badges shall be issued. 

ON-SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS 

  1. MANNING OF BOOTH. The Exhibitor shall solely be responsible for the arrangement of promotional products including product liability. Exhibitors are required to keep their booth manned with the prescribed number of personnel each day during the official show hours. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of non-observance of this rule. 
  2. CLEANING AND SANITATION. During the move-in and move-out period, the exhibitor shall be responsible for the removal of unwanted materials from the exhibition hall. All exhibitors shall be responsible for ensuring the orderliness and cleanliness of their own booth and its immediate frontage at all times. 
  3. SOUND SYSTEM AND ILLUMINATED SIGNS. Any advertising display or item using lighting or sound must have prior approval from the Organizer, who may withdraw such permission once granted if the item in question causes a nuisance to neighboring exhibitors, causes obstruction, mar the appearance of the exhibition, or other similar concerns. 
  4. FOOD AND BEVERAGE. Exhibitors will be allowed to dine in the concessionaires’ area available at Gateway 2 Mall. 
  5. PARKING AREAS. Provision of parking areas shall not be an outright responsibility of the Organizer. The protection of the parked vehicles shall not likewise be the Organizer’s responsibility. Vehicle owners are advised to take precautionary measures in this regard.
