The Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) invites everyone to join the Tara na sa SIICaP ISKUELA! kickoff event of the Space Information Infrastructure Capacity Building and Training Program or SIICaP project on 29 April 2022 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM PhST.

SIICap aims to promote and enhance understanding of space information infrastructures and their applications through monthly events, such as: webinars, hackathons, workshops, short courses, and resource person support.

The engagement activities are designed to feature and make accessible the existing space technologies, services, and programs of the Space Information Infrastructure Bureau (SIIB) of PhilSA. Additionally, the activities will promote awareness of SSTA among target audiences, strengthen and sustain collaborations between PhilSA and its stakeholders, and build a community with the common goal of utilizing space technologies to improve lives and come up with innovative solutions.

The kick-off event, Tara na sa SIICap ISKUELA! will introduce PhilSA SIIB and its divisions, explain what SIICaP is, and launch the SIICaP community platform on Discord.

SIICaP is a project of PhilSA ISKUELA, which stands for: Inclusive SSTA Know-how, Utilization, Exchange, and Localization Activities.
