Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research in the development of space education, science outreach, training
    programs, and other related projects and activities of the Agency;
  2. Coordinate and engage with the relevant stakeholders in the conduct and
    implementation of space education-related activities;
  3. Under direction of the Division Chief (DC), take the lead in the conduct of curriculum
    review for the integration and promotion of space science and technology
    applications (SSTA) topics in K-12 and higher education curriculum;
  4. Develop learning modules and training materials;
  5. Coordinate with relevant PhilSA Divisions and external stakeholders in the
    establishment of MOA/MOUs with various stakeholders in support of the Division’s
    programs and activities;
  6. Coordinate with international space education centers, organizations or institutions
    for benchmarking and networking activities
  7. Facilitate consultations and meetings among relevant divisions in PhilSA,
    collaborators, and other external stakeholders; and
  8. Perform other duties of a regular or special nature as may be assigned from time to
    time.
