Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1) Under general guidance, provide assistance in the identification, development,
implementation, and improvement of the Agency’s programs, policies and
mechanisms relative to performance management and employee relations; - 2) Assist in the provision of secretariat support to the Grievance Committee and the
Performance Management Team (PMT); - 3) Coordinate with various units in the organization to ensure timely accomplishment,
submission and collection of SPMS forms; - 4) Research on best practices relative to performance management that may be
adopted or used as a guide by the Agency; - 5) Propose activities that aim to improve employee relations;
- 6) Provide technical assistance to the Gender and Development Focal Point System of
the agency; and - 7) Perform other duties of a regular or special nature as may be assigned from time to
time.
Applicants who have all or any of the following background are preferred:
Educational background:
- Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration
Experience and Training background:
- PRIME-HRM, Strategic Performance Management System, Employee Grievance
Procedures, Employee Relations and Welfare
