The Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) invites Filipino students aged 6–12 to join the #YamangKalawakan Poster Making Contest in celebration of Philippine Space Week 2026!
This year’s theme, “Space Garden: Growing Food in Space,” challenges young artists to imagine how humanity can cultivate life beyond Earth. What would a garden look like aboard a spacecraft, on the Moon, or on a distant planet?
Design your own space garden and bring to life a future where plants thrive among the stars. Create a vibrant garden that nourishes astronauts, supports future space communities, and helps humanity in its journey to the stars.
The top three (3) winning entries will become the official Philippine submissions to the 32nd Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF-32) Space Education for All Working Group (SE4AWG) Poster Contest in Thailand this October.
Submission deadline: 22 July 2026
