The Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) received a ‘Very Satisfactory’ rating from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) in its Annual Agency Performance Report (AAPR) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024. This evaluation marks another milestone in PhilSA’s continuing efforts to strengthen the Philippine space ecosystem, advance space science and technology applications (SSTA), and harness the benefits of #YamangKalawakan (space riches) for the Filipino people.

PhilSA obtained a 4.39 out of 5 from DBM’s review and assessment of the Agency’s operations from January to December 2024. The assessment covered financial and physical accomplishments, income performance, and the quality and timeliness of reports and data submissions. 

Additionally, this underscores the Agency’s commitment to fulfilling the performance indicators under the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act, further contributing to the country’s broader development goals.  

PhilSA welcomed the ‘Very Satisfactory’ rating as an affirmation of its dedication to sound governance, transparency, and responsible public service delivery.
