Minimum Qualification Standards:

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as part of a pool of project managers to be assigned and deployed to internal technical projects over the duration of the project life cycle;
  • Assist in the drafting of project plans with technical operations units for Agency-implemented projects;
  • Assist in project implementation and adopt the agreed project management and monitoring process models;
  • Develop project closeout process and templates to be used; 
  • Assist and support in project closeout activities in compliance with relevant guidelines, while documenting and ensuring that all lessons learned and best practices goes to the Records and Archives Management Section;
  • Share best practices and knowhow with other project managers;
  • Write recommendations based on the result of closeout activities (conference, LLM workshop, etc); 
  • Develop and implement tools for Monitoring & Evaluation tool, risk assessment and quality assurance, among others;
  • Recommend, build and implement a project management online tool with assistance from the MIS unit;
  • Prepare and submit quarterly reports or as needed; and
  • Perform other duties of a regular or special nature as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Applicants who have all or any of the following background are preferred: 

    Educational Background: 

    Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Public Management, Economics or other similar courses
